Monday, December 8
Arcadia
Arcadia secured a ranked win on Monday night, taking down Division 5, ninth-ranked Cochrane-Fountain City 69-50. Leading the way for the Raiders was junior Carter Wegman with 24 points. Sophomore Deklyn Grzadzielewski added a cool 22 for Arcadia.
Jayden Brown, Juda, senior
Brown helped lead Juda to a 43-37 win over Madison Country Day. In doing so, he became the first player this week, and seventh this season, to surpass the 1,000 point mark for his prep career.
Cal Loose, Port Washington, senior
Loose needed to have a career night as Port Washington squared off with Shorewood, and the senior guard did just that. Loose scored 37 points as the Pirates took home the non-conference win 73-65.
Austin Lyon, Westfield, senior
Lyon did all he could to will Westfield to a win on Monday night, however the Pioneers fell 79-67 to Pardeeville. The senior wing poured in 47 points while connecting on 6 of 13 shots from deep.
Casey Lyon, Whitewater, senior
For the second straight game, Lyon scored 40-plus points for Whitewater, this time in a 73-67 win over Williams Bay. He tallied 43 points, buried eight triples, and had seven rebounds in the win. Tuesday he also had 33 points in a loss to Monona Grove.
Jaylen Miggins, Marshall, junior
Miggins got off to a slow start for the Cardinals, accumulating two fouls early in the first half as Deerfield went ahead seven points during his absence on the court. No worries for the junior wing, as he came back in and dropped 29 points, leading Marshall to the eventual 92-62 win.
Jayden Schoepp, Richland Center, junior
Schoepp controlled the tempo and was extremely efficient as my Richland Center squad got in the win column for the first time this year in an 84-28 win over Coulee Christian. The junior lead guard had 20 points on eight of ten shooting. He added four rebounds, two assists. Defensively he had just five recorded steals, but had double-digit deflections.
Wyatt Temperly, Belmont, sophomore
Temperly runs point for a Belmont team that is looking to take a huge step forward in 2025-26. The sophomore tallied 30 points and 10 rebounds on Monday night, as the Braves won 74-38 over Wisconsin Heights.

Tuesday, December 9
Jalen Brown, Wauwatosa West, junior
Brown and Tosa West had a top-ten matchup with Greater Metro conference rival Germantown on Tuesday. The Trojans took home the win, 75-50 as Brown controlled the tempo throughout. He finished with 22 points on 8 of 11 shooting and added 13 rebounds and 8 assists.
Josephy Daly, New London, senior
Daly was in control of the game from the jump as he led New London to an impressive 90-86 win over Winneconne. The senior forward had a game high 35 points for the Bulldogs, but effected the game well beyond his scoring. Daly added 16 points and 12 assists, recording his first career triple-double.
Jordan Evans, Living Word Lutheran, sophomore
Evans is one of the top sophomores in the state and had a moment on Tuesday night that helped solidify that. Down 67-65 with under 10 seconds left, Evans took the inbounds pass and proceeded down the court where he buried a game-winning three point shot with five seconds left to win it 68-67.
Maddix Gulseth, Roncalli, junior
Gulseth was nearly unstoppable scoring the ball as Roncalli took home a 64-58 win over New Holstein. The junior can fill up the scoreboard from deep and did just that in the victory, knocking down nine triples en route to a game high 32 points.
Cooper Markee, Whitnall, senior
Markee was incredible despite the fact Whitnall fell to Milwaukee Juneau 97-85. He filled up the stat sheet, finishing with 37 points, 7 assists, 4 rebounds, and added 4 steals on defense.
Camden Oppenneer, Westosha Central, senior
The senior wing recorded a double-double as Westosha got 59-52 win over a solid Elkhorn squad. Oppenneer finished with 21 points and 10 rebounds for the Falcons.
Ben Prochnow, Reedsville, senior
Three games, three double-doubles for Prochnow. He’s the leading facilitator in terms of assists per game from a season ago, and in a 67-45 win over Hilbert, Prochnow had double-digit assists for the third straight game to start his senior season. He finished with 22 points and 11 assists.
EJ Salettel, Beaver Dam, senior
Beaver Dam is one of the top teams in Division 2 this season and are led by their senior guard Salettel. Tuesday night in a 68-61 win over ranked Kettle Moraine Lutheran, Salettel crossed a career milestone, scoring his 1,000th point.
Kayden Schultz, Plymouth, senior
Schultz can score at a torrid pace and that was proof on Tuesday night in an 88-72 loss to Milwaukee Lutheran. The Michigan Tech recruit had 41 points and added 8 rebounds for the Panthers.
Seymour
Seymour got a very good Bay Conference victory over Xavier on Tuesday night. The Thunder are one of the top teams in Division 3 in the state and securing the 82-69 victory was a strong start to the pursuit of a Bay conference title. Senior Xavier Salzman had 23 points and 7 rebounds while classmate Kyler Marks added 17 points and 10 rebounds. Junior Isaac Feske added 17 points and 4 rebounds.
Nick Thies, Abundant Life Christian, junior
Thies had an extremely efficient game as he led the Challengers to an 83-58 victory over Fall River. Son of head coach Mike Thies, Nick tallied 32 points on 12 of 19 shooting.
Theo Traeder, Lodi, senior
Traeder is one of the top shooters in the senior class, but over the past four seasons has grown into a complete player. That was on display in a 75-67 win over Baraboo Tuesday night. Traeder netted 30 points, despite making just one triple. He was 13 of 17 from the free throw line and added 10 rebounds.
Van Vogler, Sun Prairie East, senior
Vogler had a career day in terms of scoring in Sun Prairie’s 70-66 loss to Madison East on Tuesday night. The senior poured in 31 points on 11 of 17 shooting, while also collecting 9 rebounds.
Tyler Wollin, Lake Mills, junior
Wollin does it all for Lake Mills and it was needed on Tuesday night as the L-Cats pulled out a 67-60 victory over Sauk Prairie. The Swiss Army Knife forward had a triple-double, tallying 15 points, 17 rebounds, and 10 assists.

Wednesday, December 10
Tyler Roche, Greendale, senior
Roche buried six threes, tallied 23 points and added 4 rebounds as Greendale beat South Milwaukee 76-67 on Wednesday night. The senior guard has been instrumental in Greendale staring the season 3-0.
Thursday, December 11
Ian Bauer, Eau Claire Memorial, senior
Bauer did all he could to keep the Old Abes in the game on Thursday, though they eventually fell 87-77 to Big Rivers foe New Richmond. The senior scored 31 points and added eight rebounds for Memorial. Bauer is the top returner for an Old Abes team that graduated a strong 2025 class and lost talented freshman Brevan Hedtke before the year even started.
Jake Burow, Lake Country Lutheran, senior
Lake Country Lutheran is once again a top team in Division 3, and Burow is one of the leaders for the Lightning. The senior had a big night in LCL’s 66-46 win over Saint Francis on Thursday. He poured in 28 points and 11 rebounds in the Midwest Classic conference win.
Sam Fait, Catholic Central, junior
Fait broke a year old record that he held on Thursday night in a 93-75 loss to Kingdom Prep Lutheran. Fait scored 52 points in the loss, setting the new record from the 51 points he scored in a game from last year.
Isac Mooney, Augusta, senior
Mooney poured in a double-double as Augusta took home a 69-38 win over Gilman. The senior forward had 17 points and mirrored that with 17 rebounds for the Beavers.
Gavin Thomson, Wausaukee, senior
Thomson had a monster game, dominating the action on the interior as Wausaukee notched a 57-44 win over Gresham. The senior big man had 22 points and more impressively, hauled in 26 rebounds. He added 7 blocks in the win.

Calvin Anderson, Superior, senior
Anderson doesn’t get the coverage that many of his peers in the southern part of the state do, but he’s one of the best players in the Class of 2026 on a very good Superior squad that is 6-0 early on this year. Friday night, he became the school’s all-time leading scorer after pouring in 30 points in a 90-52 win over Esko. Anderson sits at 1,387 points all-time. Story here.
Blake Bradley, Ripon, sophomore
Bradley was one of the top scoring freshman in the state a season ago. This year he and Ripon are competing in a new conference, the South Central. Friday they squared off with the perennial power Wisconsin Dells, and Bradley poured in 31 points while shooting 7 of 11 from deep in a 78-47 over the Chiefs.
Mason Brone, G-E-T, senior
Brone is one of the top playmakers on the western side of the state and easily one of the best facilitators, as proof by his over 400 career assists. Friday, the senior combo guard scored point number 1,000 in an 81-52 win over Westby. Brone finished with 12 points and 12 assists.
Butternut
It’s been over three years since Butternut has won a game. That spanned 70 games since Butternut last won on the hardwood, coming on February 4, 2022. Friday night they snapped that streak, taking home a 55-48 win over Mercer.
Columbus Catholic
The Dons were feeling it from deep as they took down Neillsville 76-34 on Friday night. In the victory, they knocked down 20 three point shots as a squad. Leading the way for head coach Joe Konieczny was his son and senior leader, Mac, who finished with 30 points.
Cade Felch, D.C. Everest, senior
Felch and D.C. Everest are an under the radar team in Division 1 this season. The senior guard had a career night Friday as he led the Evergreens to a 79-53 win over Wausau West. Felch scored a career high 35 points while knocking down 7 of 12 shots from beyond the arc.
Henry Gruetzmacher, Brookfield Central, senior
Gruetzmacher has been near impossible to contain during this senior campaign. That was no different Friday as the Lancers got a 77-71 win over Germantown. The Green Bay commit poured in yet another double-double with 39 points and 10 rebounds.
Gabe Heiges, Fox Valley Lutheran, senior
FVL got a solid 77-67 win over Bay conference foe New London on Friday night. Heiges was extremely efficient for the Foxes in the victory. The senior netted 31 points while shooting 11 of 16 from the field and 5 of 7 from deep.
Amare Hereford, Beloit Memorial, senior
Hereford continues to light up stat sheets as he inches closer to 2,000 career points. Friday in an 87-63 win over Wilmot, the unsigned senior poured in 41 points along with nine rebounds, five assists, and five steals.
Andrew Jensen, Kaukauna, senior
We’ve mentioned how Jensen is a game wrecker and he’s been that for the best few seasons for the Galloping Ghosts. Friday night he came one block shy of a triple-double while also surpassing the 1,000 point mark in a 59-42 win over Fond du Lac. The DePaul commit had 31 points, 16 rebounds, 9 blocks, 2 assists and 2 steals in the win.
Jack Kohnen, Slinger, junior
There’s a reason Kohnen is one of the top juniors not just in the state, but the nation, and he showed why on Friday in a 73-55 win over rival Hartford. With the Owls down two at half, Kohnen took matters into his own hands. He finished with 30 points, 16 rebounds, 3 assists and added 4 blocks and 2 steals on the defensive end.
Kourage Lauren, Ashland, junior
Lauren had a career high in terms of scoring as Ashland got in the win column with a 92-83 win over Hayward. the junior guard poured in 33 points, a new career high, for the Oredockers.
Austin Lyon, Westfield, senior
Lyon recorded a triple-double as he led the Pioneers to a 71-58 win over Nekoosa, The senior poured in 29 points, 12 rebounds and 11 assists as he continues to have a great start to his senior year.
Josh Manchester, Mount Horeb, senior
You’d think Manchester couldn’t keep one-upping himself, but he continues to find ways to do so. After surpassing 2,000 points last week, Manchester had another career night Friday, though it came in a n 82-80 overtime loss to Sauk Prairie. Manchester had a season high and career high 58 points for the Vikings.
Max McMullen, Brookfield East, freshman
The freshman has been playing extremely well early on for East and that trend continued on Friday as the Spartans secured a 94-78 victory over Menomonee Falls. McMullen had a new high of 34 points in the win. He added four rebounds and three assists.
Blake Risler, Regis, senior
Risler can light up the scoreboard and did it once again in an 85-52 win over Cadott. The senior shooting guard went for 42 points on 15 of 21 shooting, including 8 of 12 from deep for the Ramblers.
Riley Schultz-Becker, Athens, senior
Another to hit the 1,000 point mark, Schultz-Becker did so in a 68-55 win over Edgar. The senior guard poured in 23 points, 7 rebounds, and 5 assists in the Fighting Bluejays victory.
Kade Thoma, Crivitz, senior
Thoma dunked his way to a milestone as Crivitz took home a 76-36 win over over Saint Thomas Aquinas on Friday night. The senior forward finished with 16 points in the victory, surpassing the 1,000 point mark in the process.
Zavier Zens, Wisconsin Lutheran, senior
Zens has had an incredible prep career. He’s a two-time defending state champion, has committed to Northern Iowa to play basketball after his senior year, and is one of the favorites for Mr. Basketball in Wisconsin. Friday, in a 69-20 win over Woodland-West foe New Berlin West, Zens scored 22 points and surpassed 1,000 for his prep career.

Fofana filled the stat sheet and effected every aspect of the game as he led the Cavaliers to an 84-64 win over Martin Luther over the weekend. The senior lead guard finished with 24 points, 10 rebounds, and 13 assists. He was 10 of 14 from the free throw line in the victory.
Brayden Reinke, Mosinee, junior
Reinke had a monster game, but Mosinee fell 75-74 to Little Chute at the Baird/Gustman Shootout on Saturday. The junior forward finished with 32 points and 11 rebounds for the Chiefs.

Colton Wilson serves a contributor and member of Bound Wisconsin. Wilson has worked in high school sports for 10 years, covering the state of Wisconsin in various sports.
