It is time to take a look at this week’s Bound Wisconsin/Zaleski Sports Boys Basketball Media Poll. Voting is conducted by a panel of statewide media members.

Division 1

Wisconsin Lutheran remains the undisputed unanimous number one team in the Bound Wisconsin/Zaleski Sports Division 1 Media Poll. However, West Allis Central had been the unanimous number two, but a shocking loss to Whitnall last week drops the Bulldogs to third this week, as Appleton North moves up to second. Marshfield drops out of the top five after a couple losses. D.C. Everest was one of the team’s to beat the Tigers and enter the rankings this week at ninth, with Brookfield East falling out.

Division 2

It was very close, but Slinger slides just ahead of Port Washington for the top spot in Division 2 this week, despite Port having a 57-56 win over Slinger earlier this year. New Berlin West replaces Beaver Dam in the top five, while Whitefish Bay slides four spots to tenth this week. Wauwatosa West re-enters the rankings after a few weeks way, replacing McFarland.

Division 3

Seymour stays atop the Division 3 rankings this week, though it is very close with Freedom close behind. There are few changes this week, none in the top five. Brillion does replace Osceola in the top ten.

Division 4

Kewaunee stays just ahead of Milwaukee Juneau atop Division 4, with Marathon and Lomira close behind once again. Darlington cracks the top five, replacing Bonduel, who slides a couple spots this week. Saint Mary Catholic is in this week, Hurley is out.

Division 5

Reedsville holds onto the top spot in the Division 5 media poll, as the Panthers are a unanimous number one selection. Kickapoo and Loyal stay in second and third, respectively.
