Week 7 Rushing Leaders

Amherst remained undefeated with a 49-14 win over Weyauwega-Fremont on Friday night. Senior running back Ayden Nerdahl had another huge game, carrying the rock 20 times for 376 yards with six touchdowns. He also threw a 56-yard touchdown in the victory.

Week 7 Passing Leaders

Lake Mills got past Jefferson 42-15 on Friday in a Capitol Conference game. Senior quarterback Tyler Wollin found a number of big plays in the passing game, completing 13-of-17 passes for 382 yards and four scores. He averaged an incredible 29.2 yards per completion.

Saint Croix Falls hammered Cumberland 50-0 on Friday. The offense finished with 493 yards of offense. Senior Drake Petersen had a big game, hauling in eight passes for 202 yards and three touchdowns, averaging more than 25 yards per catch.

About the Author

Travis Wilson serves as the Bound Wisconsin Manager. Wilson was selected as part of the Sports 40 Under 40 list by Coach & AD Magazine and the National High School Athletic Coaches Association for 2019. The Wisconsin Football Coaches Association (WFCA) named Travis the 2015 recipient of the Dave McClain Distinguished Service Award. He currently serves on the WFCA Executive Board and is a member of the Executive Board of the Wisconsin Basketball Coaches Association. A graduate of Richland Center High School and Mount Mercy College in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Travis was a three-sport athlete in high school (football, baseball, basketball), inducted to the Richland Center High School Hall of Fame in 2023, and currently resides in Reedsburg.
