"We're extremely excited to once again partner with Fiserv Forum on the 2026 Deer District Prep Showcase,” said Travis Wilson, Bound Wisconsin Manager. “Last year's event was incredible, with buzzer-beaters, huge performances and some of the top teams and players in the state. The 2026 Deer District Prep Showcase is shaping up to be one of the top in-season events in Wisconsin once again. We’re adding another game to the day, and the lineup is absolutely incredible. The 12 participating teams averaged more than 20 victories last year, and we'll welcome some of the state's top college prospects as well. It will be a great day showcasing Wisconsin high school basketball at the state's preeminent arena."
“Fiserv Forum is a hub for NBA and NCAA basketball in Wisconsin, and we’re thrilled to welcome back high school teams in our second Deer District Prep Showcase,” said Michael Belot, Milwaukee Bucks Senior Vice President of Business Operations & Chief Real Estate Development Officer. “We are excited this has become an annual tradition and something fans can look forward to.”
The Matchups
Seymour vs. The Prairie School 10:00 AM
The Prairie School was one of the darlings of the 2025 state tournament, going 9-15 during the regular season against a tough Metro Classic Conference schedule before a strong run to state in D4. It was a young team last year with lots of talent returning. Seymour is fifth in the Bound Wisconsin Preseason D3 rankings, as Kyler Marks leads a deep Thunder team.
Racine Lutheran vs. West De Pere 12:00 PM
Both teams won conference championships last season; Racine Lutheran sharing the crown in the Metro Classic while West De Pere captured the Bay Conference title. Racine Lutheran is the number one team in the Bound Wisconsin Division 3 preseason rankings, coming off a sectional final appearance in 2025.
Lodi vs. Mount Horeb 2:00 PM
These Madison-area squads have played some outstanding non-conference games over the last few years, and take their annual matchup to FiservForum this season. Mount Horeb senior Josh Manchester is the top returning scorer in the state at over 31 points per game. Lodi brings back double-digit scorers Theo Traeder and Kale Schneider.
Kaukauna vs. Oregon 4:00 PM
Kaukauna is the defending champion of the always-tough Fox Valley Association, going 23-4 last season. DePaul commit Andrew Jensen is a game-changer on both offense and defense for the Ghosts. Oregon won 15 games a year ago and head coach Chris Siebert has a solid senior class ready to challenge in the Badger-Large.
Freedom vs. Slinger 6:00 PM
Freedom and Slinger played two non-conference games last year, splitting those matchups. Some of the top collegiate talent in the state is on display in this one. Freedom was the D3 runner-up last year and features junior Donovan Davis, a 6-9 playmaker with offers from top college programs around the country, including the Badgers. Slinger brothers Jack Kohnen, a junior, and Joey Kohnen, a sophomore, both also have scholarship offers from Wisconsin among many others.
Arrowhead vs. West Allis Central 8:00 PM
This is an incredible matchup to end the day, as West Allis Central is second in the Division 1 preseason rankings on BoundWisconsin.com, and Arrowhead is sixth. West Allis Central features senior Iowa State recruit Yusef Gray, Jr. and a number of other talented college prospects. It’s a strong junior group for Arrowhead, including Trey Resch, Blake Basich, and Theo Toepel.
