2025 Recap: Milwaukee Bay View was the champion of the Blackbourn Division (which earned them a promotion to the tougher Richardson Division this year), with Washington/Fuller second. Milwaukee North/Lifelong Learning also made the playoffs, though all MPS teams
Note: The Milwaukee City-Blackbourn is a seven-team league without a paired conference. Milwaukee Bay View moves from the Blackbourn to the Richardson Division of the Milwaukee City Conference. Fuller Collegiate is a new standalone program after previously co-oping with Milwaukee Washington.

Players to Watch:
Mykel Dyson, RB, Fuller Collegiate: Playing for the Washington/Fuller co-op last year, Dyson led the squad in rushing with 906 yards and eight touchdowns.
Eric Harrison, RB, North: Harrison was the leading rusher for the Blue Devils last season and returns for his senior campaign.
Tayvelon Keeler-Johnson, DL, Milwaukee North: Keeler-Johnson took home First Team All-Conference recognition last year.
Amarion Luna, WR, Fuller Collegiate: Amarion was the top receiver for the Washington/Fuller co-op last year, catching 74 passes for 1,279 yards and 19 touchdowns.
Damarion Luna, QB, Fuller Collegiate: Damarion played at quarterback for the Washington/Fuller co-op last season, with 2,127 passing yards and 31 touchdowns, completing 73% of his passes.
2026 Team Previews
1) North/Lifelong Learning got a couple forfeit victories early in the year, winning just one game on the field, a 22-18 victory over Milwaukee South. However, it ended up being enough to get the team into the playoffs, where they’d fall to eventual Division 4 champion Winneconne 71-0. “This year team is going to be North’s deepest team, as we return several key contributors from the past two years,” said head coach Mickell Harrell. “With a large senior class, the expectation is to compete for a conference title. One of our strengths will be returning several key players, having extreme depth at our offensive and defensive line, being physical and getting after the quarterback. One of our weakness is going to be quarterback play, there is a lot of returning talent on the offensive side of the ball, but questions remain about who will be the quarterback after fall camp.”
2) Howard Fuller Collegiate Academy is a new standalone program for 2026 after previously competing in a co-op with Washington. “The majority of Washington’s roster was Fuller kids,” said head coach Christopher Crampton. “We’re returning top quarterback, receiver, running back and multiple lineman. Weaknesses will be kids learning and buying into a new system and the loss of top defensive player Rudy Baker to graduation.” Quarterback Damarion Luna, receiver Amarion Luna, and running back Mykel Dyson form the most dynamic offensive group in the league.
3) Washington finished second in the Blackbourn Division last season, qualifying for the playoffs for a fourth straight year. The Purgolders would fall in Level 1 to Port Washington. They were in a co-op with Fuller Collegiate last year, and with Fuller creating a standalone program this season, it remains to be seen how that will impact Washington this year, as many of the top players went with the new Fuller squad.
4) Obama SCTE finished 3-6 last year, but it wasn’t quite enough to get the Cougars into the playoffs, as they missed out after back-to-back trips in 2023 and 2024. They have to replace a pair of First Team All-Conference receivers in Demius Johnson and Damarius Lee, but Deonta Myles is back as a First Team defensive lineman.
5) South scored just one on-field victory last season, a 36-14 decision over Madison in the final regular season game. Unfortunately we did not receive a preseason survey from the school nor did they enter stats last season.
6) Vincent/Destiny canceled its first three games, though they did end up winning three contests, including an extra game against Milwaukee South.
7) Madison forfeited the first four games of the 2025 season, then lost the last three that it played. Fielding a full schedule has been a challenge in recent years for the Knights.
Travis Wilson serves as the Bound Wisconsin Manager. Wilson was selected as part of the Sports 40 Under 40 list by Coach & AD Magazine and the National High School Athletic Coaches Association for 2019. The Wisconsin Football Coaches Association (WFCA) named Travis the 2015 recipient of the Dave McClain Distinguished Service Award. He currently serves on the WFCA Executive Board and is a member of the Executive Board of the Wisconsin Basketball Coaches Association. A graduate of Richland Center High School and Mount Mercy College in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Travis was a three-sport athlete in high school (football, baseball, basketball), inducted to the Richland Center High School Hall of Fame in 2023, and currently resides in Reedsburg.
