Here's some general information and frequently asked questions about the WIAA State Football Tournament.
When is the tournament and when are the games?
The tournament is held this Thursday and Friday. Here is the game schedule:

Where is the state tournament held?
All games of the State Football Tournament are held at Camp Randall Stadium in Madison. Click here for a map of the surrounding area. A seating chart and stadium diagram can be found here.
Where can I park?
There are several parking ramps around the Stadium that will have special events parking available. Note that you may need to park on the street, and it can be difficult to find parking close to the event. Be sure to check posted parking signs and information to avoid tickets.
How much are tickets and where can I get them?
The WIAA uses all digital and cashless tickets. Admission for a single game is $11 plus online fees for adults and students. An all-day pass for Thursday is $30 plus online fees, and $25 for an all-day pass for Friday’s games. Though note that they do not clear the stadium between games or check tickets for those already in the stadium to determine which game(s) they have purchased tickets for. All tickets must be redeemed on a mobile device. To purchase tickets, visit the WIAA website at: https://gofan.co/app/school/WIAAWI. Children 2-years old or younger do not require a ticket. All tickets are general admission. The first school alphabetically will be assigned to the bench on the west sideline (press box side), the second school will sit on the east sideline.
What can I take into the game?
Bags larger than 8.5” x 11” (including backpacks), alcohol, food, beverages, containers, drones, laptops, video recorders, monopods, tripods, selfiesticks, laser pointers, weapons, banners/ flags/signs on a stick, noisemakers, inflatables, strollers, or any items deemed dangerous or inappropriate. and others are NOT allowed.
Items that ARE allowed bags no larger than 8.5” x 11”, clear totes no larger than 12” x 6” x 12”, diaper bags (with child), binoculars, banners/flags/ signs not on a stick, cameras (lenses no longer than 4”), seat cushions (not more than 16” wide), jackets, blankets, and items related to a medical condition.. Are the games on TV?
Watch the live broadcast of all divisions of the WIAA State 11-Player Football Finals on the WIAA State Television Network on WKOW 27 in Madison, WAOW 9 in Wausau, WXOW 19 in La Crosse, WQOW 18 in Eau Claire, WLUK/WCFW CW14 in Appleton/Green Bay and WCGV My 24 in Milwaukee. The finals will be streamed live on the State Television Network stations' websites, their news apps and the WIAA Sports LIVE App.

Yes, there are many radio stations that will carry the games. Check your local listings.

Where can I eat?
Camp Randall has full concessions but please note all concessions stands are cashless and require credit card, debit card, or Apple or Google Pay. Many fans choose to venture out between games or sessions. A number of fine eating establishments are within walking distance as well.

A graduate of Richland Center High School and Mount Mercy College in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Travis was a three-sport athlete in high school (football, baseball, basketball), inducted to the Richland Center High School Hall of Fame in 2023, and currently resides in Reedsburg.
