
The 2026 Wisconsin Basketball Coaches Association Division 5 All-State Team is headlined by repeat selections Mac Konieczny of Columbus Catholic and Brandon Wagner of Turtle Lake.
Konieczny earned Player of the Year honors for a second year in the Cloverbelt-East. Playing for father, Joe, he helped the Dons to an outright league title and 21-6 record, averaging 15.4 points per game.
Wagner was the key player on the Lakers’ 2025 state tournament team and this year’s squad that advanced to a sectional final. The 6’7” big man was a walking double-double, averaging 18.4 points and 14.8 rebounds per game to go with 3.4 assists and 2.6 blocks per contest.
Tigerton went undefeated during the regular season and advanced to a sectional final this year, as junior James Brady dominated inside. The imposing 6’10” big man averaged 24.6 points, 12.2 rebounds. 2.9 blocks, 2.9 assists, and 2.1 steals per game this year.
C.J. Dummer was the leading scorer for head coach Randy Storlie and the Blair-Taylor Wildcats this year. The senior poured in 21.2 points per game, connecting on 42.5% of his three-point attempts on the season. He added 5.2 rebounds and 2.2 steals per game as well.
Brennen Hackbarth helped Sheboygan Lutheran to a 23-7 record this year and trip to the WIAA Division 5 state tournament. The team’s leading scorer, Hackbarth averaged 22 points per game this season to go with 8 rebounds and 2.1 assists. He shot 62.2% from the field, 43.2% from three, and 78.8% from the free throw line.
Cullen Jacobus was the top player on a talented North Crawford team that went 23-5 and played into sectionals this year. The senior leader averaged 20.4 points per game for the Trojans, dishing out 4.7 assists while pulling down 6 rebounds per game as well.
Southwestern made it to the state tournament after several close calls in recent years, and Keleher was the leading scorer for the group, averaging 16.1 points per game to go with 5.9 rebounds, 2.4 assists, and 1.8 steals per contest.
Griffin Noll helped Pecatonica to a 17-8 record, its most wins in the last 10 years. A 1000-point scorer already, he averaged 25.3 points per game as a junior for the Vikings.
Reedsville claimed the Division 5 state championship, 80 years after its first title. Playing for his father, Ron, senior point guard Ben Prochnow led the way as one of the top floor generals in the state. He averaged 21.2 points per game and a state-best 10.8 assists per contest. Prochnow shot 51.3% from the field and 79.4% from the free throw line.
JT Schlaefer helped Assumption to a sectional final, where they dropped a one-point heartbreaker to Southwestern. The senior led the Royals in most categories, including 21.2 points, 6.6 rebounds, 3.1 assists, and 1.2 steals per game.
Arlon Walter was the catalyst for the most successful season in three decades at Kickapoo, as the Panthers finished 24-3 overall and won an outright Ridge & Valley Conference title, spending several weeks at number one in the state. The 6’8” post player averaged 17.3 points and 11.1 rebounds per game this season.

Travis Wilson serves as the Bound Wisconsin Manager. Wilson was selected as part of the Sports 40 Under 40 list by Coach & AD Magazine and the National High School Athletic Coaches Association for 2019. The Wisconsin Football Coaches Association (WFCA) named Travis the 2015 recipient of the Dave McClain Distinguished Service Award. He currently serves on the WFCA Executive Board and is a member of the Executive Board of the Wisconsin Basketball Coaches Association. A graduate of Richland Center High School and Mount Mercy College in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Travis was a three-sport athlete in high school (football, baseball, basketball), inducted to the Richland Center High School Hall of Fame in 2023, and currently resides in Reedsburg.
