Division 1
Wisconsin Lutheran won a strong event in South Carolina and is again a unanimous #1 in the Bound Wisconsin/Zaleski Sports Division 1 Media Poll this week. West Allis Central scored a nice win over Wayzata (MN) at the WBY Shootout but fell to Appleton North the next day, as the Bulldogs slide from second to fourth. Kaukauna is up to second, with Arrowhead third. De Pere drops to fifth after losing for the first time this season to West De Pere. Beloit Memorial replaces Superior in the rankings.
Division 2
Slinger slides ahead of Onalaska for the top spot, as the Hiltoppers of Onalaska had to cancel a pair of games over break due to illness. West De Pere moves into the top five after taking down De Pere. Port Washington moves into the poll in place of Brookfield Central.
Division 3
The top three remains the same in Division 3, with Freedom occupying the top spot, followed by Racine St. Catherine’s and Seymour. Stanley-Boyd falls four spots to eighth this week. G-E-T is a high riser, entering at number six, while fellow unbeaten Lancaster is also in the top ten. Wittenberg-Birnamwood and Lakeside Lutheran fall out of the rankings this week.
Division 4
Lomira continues on as the top ranked team in Division 4, with Milwaukee Juneau and Bonduel once again just behind in the top three. Kewaunee makes a big move this week, as the unbeaten Storm go from ninth to fourth. Fall Creek is up four spots to number six. Roncalli and Dominican slide down the rankings, while Darlington and Iola-Scandinavia drop out completely. Regis and Spencer are into the rankings this week.
Division 5
It is the Ridge & Valley Conference atop the Division 5 rankings, as North Crawford remains at number one despite a holiday event loss to Northwestern, while Kickapoo is up to second. Reedsville moves into the top five at fourth. It was a tough week for the bottom half of the poll, with Turtle Lake, Royall, and Barneveld all falling out of the rankings. Loyal, Tigerton, and Southwestern enter this week.
