Division 1
Wisconsin Lutheran continues to dominate the Bound Wisconsin/Zaleski Sports Media Poll in Division 1 as a unanimous number one. Kaukauna stays second, followed again by Arrowhead and West Allis Central. Appleton North moves into the top five, displacing De Pere, who drops to eighth. Big Eight Conference teams Madison Memorial and Middleton move in this week, while Sheboygan North and Beloit Memorial drop out.
Division 2
Onalaska is the new top-ranked team in Division 2, as Slinger’s loss to Port Washington drops the Owls to third. Beaver Dam is up to second. Port Washington makes a big jump to fifth after the win over Slinger. West Salem moves into the poll at number ten, replacing Nicolet, who drops out.
Division 3
Freedom remains number one in Division 3, though Seymour is up one spot to second, just ahead of Racine St. Catherine’s. Aquinas and Racine Lutheran round out the top five. G-E-T and Stanley-Boyd drop slightly in the rankings, while Lancaster slips out, allowing Osceola to enter at number ten.
Division 4
Lomira suffered its first loss of the year against Oostburg last week, and the Lions slide out of the top spot, down to fifth. Milwaukee Juneau is up one spot as the new top team. Bonduel is up to second, followed by Marathon and Kewaunee. There were several changes in the bottom portion of the poll, with Darlington, Hurley, and Saint Mary Catholic moving in this week, while Spencer, Roncalli, and Dominican drop out.
Division 5
It is the Ridge & Valley Conference atop the Division 5 rankings again, though with a twist. Undefeated Kickapoo slides ahead of North Crawford, who is second. The teams will meet Thursday at North Crawford High School in one of the top games of the year thus far. Webster is a perfect 9-0 to this point, coming into the rankings for the first time, as Oakfield drops out.
