Updated UNOFFICIAL Wisconsin Football Playoff Matrix rankings have been posted, and it’s time to take a look at some of the noteworthy changes and movement after last week’s results.
The unofficial results are courtesy of andylavoy.com/football, and the full point totals and rankings for all divisions can be found there. Official point totals are kept by the WIAA.

Remember, there are thousands of games remaining on the schedule this year, with lots of changes ahead in the order, and things will smooth out the more results that are in the system.
DIVISION 1
The top four seeds in Division 1 remain the same, with West De Pere the overall number one, as they’re joined on the top line by Hamilton, Muskego, and Bay Port. Hortonville is the final qualifier as of right now, just ahead of Oshkosh West and Janesville Craig.
DIVISION 2
Like Division 1, the top seeds in D2 are unchanged, with Notre Dame moving to the top overall seed and joined by New Richmond, Union Grove, and Elkhorn. DeForest holds onto the final qualifying spot in Division 2 after taking down Watertown last week.
DIVISION 3
The top four seeds overall are pretty much locked in, with Port Washington, Pewaukee, La Crosse Logan, and New Berlin West holding onto the number one seeds. Reedsburg, Whitefish Bay, Medford, and Winneconne are next as the two-seeds, barring any significant surprises in Week 9. Wauwatosa West is the final qualifier as of today.
DIVISION 4
Freedom is still a big leader in Division 4, with Little Chute, Racine St. Catherine’s, and Lake Mills the other one seeds, though West Salem is very close. Turner is just a few points ahead of Oconto Falls for the final qualifying spot in Division 4.
DIVISION 5
Racine Lutheran, Darlington, and Amherst are one-seeds once again, though New Glarus slides just ahead of unbeaten Durand-Arkansaw for the final number one seed. The final qualifying spot in D5 as of right now goes to G-E-T.
DIVISION 6
Bonduel, Manitowoc Lutheran, Mondovi, and Edgar remain the top seeds in Division 6 and are likely to stay there barring upsets in the final week of the season. Playing a weaker schedule against many D7 opponents, unbeaten Randolph/Cambria-Friesland is a three-seed as of right now. Unity would be the final qualifier.
DIVISION 7
The top seeds in Division 7 are the same, led by Ithaca/Weston, who is joined by Cochrane-Fountain City, Glenwood City, and Shiocton. Reedsville would be the final qualifier this week.
8-Player
The official 8-player qualifiers are out, as 8-player begins its postseason a week earlier than 11-player. Belmont, Gilman, Valley Christian, and Wabeno/Laona are the top seeds. For the full playoff brackets and seeds, please click here.
