An extremely talented sophomore with loads of potential, Madison La Follette’s Nyajuacni Riak is lighting it up early in the season, including a 47-point outburst as the Lancers hammered Janesville Parker 90-42 on Friday night in a Big Eight Conference game.

Week 2 Rebounds Leaders (Top 10)
There were three players that pulled down 18 rebounds last week, though oddly enough, all came in losses. A.J. Minar of Shoreland Lutheran had 18 rebounds to go with 16 points in a 74-28 loss to Kenosha St. Joseph. In a 59-47 defeat to Winnebago Lutheran, Brittany Reilly of Campbellsport had 18 rebounds. Whitnall came up just short in a 67-65 overtime loss to Milwaukee Academy of Science, but senior Ella Koch had a big game with 18 rebounds plus 16 points.

Week 2 Assists Leaders (Top 10)
Blair-Taylor went 3-0 last week and is off to a 6-0 start to the season, as Andi Beck has been outstanding as a floor general for the Wildcats. In a 70-35 win over Eau Claire Immanuel Lutheran last week, Beck scored just six points on three shots, but dished out 12 assists to help the team to victory.

Travis Wilson serves as the Bound Wisconsin Manager. Wilson was selected as part of the Sports 40 Under 40 list by Coach & AD Magazine and the National High School Athletic Coaches Association for 2019. The Wisconsin Football Coaches Association (WFCA) named Travis the 2015 recipient of the Dave McClain Distinguished Service Award. He currently serves on the WFCA Executive Board and is a member of the Executive Board of the Wisconsin Basketball Coaches Association. A graduate of Richland Center High School and Mount Mercy College in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Travis was a three-sport athlete in high school (football, baseball, basketball), inducted to the Richland Center High School Hall of Fame in 2023, and currently resides in Reedsburg.
