Monday, December 22
Collin Branch, Milton, senior
Branch was a key reason why Milton went into Waunakee and knocked off the undefeated Warriors 70-63. The senior guard led the Red Hawks with 28 points in the win, as Milton improved to 2-1 in Badger-Large play, the same record as Waunakee.
Buhr Brothers of Sheboygan North
The Buhr brothers led the way as Sheboygan North got an impressive FRCC win over Division 1, eighth-ranked West De Pere 83-78. Rylan, the younger brother that is just a sophomore, led the Golden Raiders with 27 points in the league win. Older brother and senior Blake, who is a North Dakota football recruit, added 20 points.
Steve Collins, Madison Memorial
The legendary coach for the Spartans hit a career milestone on Monday night as Memorial won 71-42 over Oak Creek. Smith, one of the longest tenured coaches in the state, got win number 500, all with the Spartans.
Jayce Cook, New Berlin West, junior
Playing in their own hosted Holiday Classic, New Berlin West secured an 80-59 win over Whitnall on day one of the event. Cook led the way for the Vikings, pouring in 33 points. The Vikings will play Brown Deer at 4:30 today in day two of the event.
Sivan Dinga, Stevens Point, senior
Stevens Point goes into the holiday break with the best win of its season, and one of the top victories of the night. The Panthers hosted undefeated and Division 1, fifth-ranked Verona on Monday night. They came away with a 55-48 victory. Dinga led the scoring output for SPASH, finished with 15 points in the win.
Caden Gustafson, Waterford, senior
Waterford handed Milwaukee Lutheran its first loss of the season competing at the New Berlin West Viking Classic on Monday afternoon. Gustafson led a balanced offensive attack en route to the 77-61 victory. The Northern Michigan recruit scored a game high 35 points for the Wolverines, while added six rebounds, four assists, and six steals.
Oconto Falls Trio
The Panthers scored an 88-55 win over Green Bay Southwest on Monday behind three players that scored 20-plus points. Sophomore Collin Radtke led the way for Falls, finishing with 26 points, while knocking down six of ten from deep. Senior Jameson Beaman added 25 points, knocking down five of eleven triples. Lastly, junior JJ Pytleski had a double-double with 22 points and 14 rebounds.
Chris Johnson, Turner, senior
Turner had a monster game as Turner won 86-63 over Winnebago (IL). He was extremely efficient scoring the ball, finishing with 38 points on 17 of 20 shooting from the field. Johnson added 11 rebounds and 5 assists.
Austin Lyon, Westfield, senior
Lyon has had a great start to his senior season and added to that story in Westfield’s 72-39 win over Cambria-Friesland. The senior guard poured in 24 points in the victory, which put him over the 1,000 point mark in his prep career.
Quincy Pfender, Newman Catholic, senior
Pfender and the Cardinals compete in a very tough Marawood conference, where wins are difficult to come by on a nightly basis. In a 56-52 loss to Stratford, the senior wing scored 23 points and in doing so hit the 1,000 point mark for his career.
Miles Schmidgall, Fall Creek, junior
Schmidgall continues to improve for a Crickets team that is playing really well, and just scored a statement victory on Monday night. Fall Creek knocked off previously undefeated Altoona 74-45 behind another stat-stuffing night from the junior forward. Schimidgall finished with 20 points, 17 rebounds, and five assists, while blocking five shots on the defensive side.
Arden Strenn, Reedsville, senior
Reedsville improved to 6-0 last night in an 81-49 victory over Sheboygan Christian. Strenn, a senior forward and captain with the Panthers scored a game high 29 points.
Brandon Wagner, Turtle Lake, senior
A week ago Wagner recorded a quadruple-double for Turtle Lake, something rarely seen on the basketball court. Monday night, the senior forward had a triple-double in a 72-48 win over Plum City/Elmwood. Wagner finished with 28 points, 12 rebounds, and 10 assists.

Tuesday, December 23
Tyler Evenson, Waukesha West, senior
Evenson propelled West to a 73-72 thrilling win over Racine Case on Tuesday night, and in doing so, hit a Christmas milestone. The senior guard scored his 1,000th career for the Wolverines.
Grant Hardy, Appleton North, senior
Hardy and Appleton North are one of the top teams in Division 1 and a top contender in the FVA conference this season. Hardy is part of a very skilled senior Lightning group and in Tuesday’s 83-27 win over Hortonville he scored 11 points. In doing so, he surpassed 1,000 points in his prep career.
Evan Kern, New Berlin West, senior
Game winning, buzzer beater. Check. 1,000 career points. Check. Kern has had a great beginning to his senior year and Tuesday night, he added one more check to his list. In a 72-60 win over Brown Deer, he scored 12 points. Kern became the program’s all-time leading scorer.
Joe Konieczyny, Columbus Catholic
Konieczyny has had a great career at Columbus Catholic and leads one of the best small school teams in the state; currently ranked second in the Division 5 poll. Tuesday’s 77-28 win over Gilman served as the 400th in Konieczny’s career.
Greg Leech, Kenosha Bradford
Bradford topped Badger 71-61 in their final game before the holiday break. Leech got win number 300 in his varsity coaching career.
Luke Paddock, Elkhorn, senior
Paddock had a monster game, though Elkhorn fell to Watertown 84-78 on Tuesday night. The senior wing poured in a career high 37 points while adding 12 rebounds for Elks.

Friday, December 26
LaMont Hamilton, Racine St. Catherine’s, senior
Hamilton has been electric as ever for the Angels, one of the top teams in Division 3. Friday in a 77-49 win over Greenfield, he had his first of two big performances at the Doctors of Physical Therapy Holiday Classic. Hamilton finished with a game high 28 points.
Grady Karrels, Port Washington, senior
Karrels and Port Washington went 2-0 over the holiday break and began it with an 82-42 victory over Winnebago Lutheran. Karrels finished with 26 points to lead the Pirates.
Griffin Schultz, Burlington, senior
Burlington blew out Big Foot 83-34 the day after Christmas and Schultz led the way for the Demons. The senior finished with 28 points in the victory.
Saturday, December 27
Owen Ayite-Atayi, Veorna, senior
The senior wing of Verona had a career night as Verona won 95-74 over Voyageur College Prep. Ayite-Atayi finished with a career high 36 points for the Wildcats, sending Verona into 2026 with a 6-1 record.
Ben Blatter, Kenosha Tremper, junior
Blatter was lights out from deep as Tremper scored a 78-57 win over Grafton. The junior scored 27 points while knocking down 9 of 12 shots from beyond the arc.
Cooper Borowicz, West De Pere, junior
Borowicz nearly tallied a triple-double as West De Pere picked up an impressive 58-56 overtime win over Germantown at the Chekouras Classic in Homestead. The junior guard scored just ten points, but his 11 rebounds and 8 assists are proof of the impact he had on the game.
Collin Branch, Milton, senior
Branch was integral to Milton securing a 72-60 win over New Berlin Eisenhower. The senior guard scored 33 points as the Red Hawks got a victory at the Culver Winter Invitational in Kettle Moraine.
Logan “Bear” Collins, Wauwatosa West, freshman
Collins has been one of most impressive freshman through the first half of the 2025-26 season. In a top matchup on Saturday with Racine Lutheran, Collins impressed yet again. Tosa West took home a 70-64 victory as the freshman tallied 21 points, 6 rebounds, and 6 assists.
Donovan Davis, Freedom, junior
Davis does everything, and usually at a very high level on the basketball court. The junior from Freedom is arguably the best player in the state and got to showcase that in a 74-58 win over Brookfield Central in the Rick Majerus/WBY Shootout. Davis, who squared off with Lancers big man Henry Gruetzmacher finished the game with 25 points. He added 12 rebounds, 8 assists, 5 steals, and 2 blocks, stuffing the stat sheet in the victory.
Joey Kohnen, Slinger, sophomore
Slinger handed Arrowhead its first loss of the season in another incredible matchup at the Rick Majerus/WBY Shootout. Kohnen led the way in the 71-69 victory, finishing with 24 points for the Owls.
Cal Loose, Port Washington, senior
Port Washington got a second straight impressive victory, this time over Oostburg 51-41. Loose led the way for a Pirates squad that is balanced in its starting rotation. The senior finished with 23 points and 10 rebounds.
Brooks Ohmen, DeForest, senior
Ohmen had a career night as DeForest took down Oconomowoc 71-59 in Kettle Moraine at the Culvers Winter Invitational. He came two assists shy of a triple-double, tallying 30 points, 13 rebounds, and 8 rebounds.
Jakari Smith, Milwaukee Bradley Tech, senior
Smith had one of the more dominant double-doubles as Bradley Tech secured a 73-65 win over Audubon Technology. One of the top uncommitted seniors in the state, Smith had 28 points and hauled in a huge 24 rebounds.
Keaton Wollan, Amery, junior
Amery needed every bit of the career night of Wollan as the Warriors squeaked past Hayward 82-80. The junior wing poured in a career high 41 points in the victory and added 11 rebounds to boot.

Coach Hintz hit a career milestone in terms of wins on Sunday afternoon as Fort Atkinson held off Milwaukee South 64-63. Hintz got win number 200 in the victory.
Carter Klopcic, Fort Atkinson, sophomore
As Coach Hintz got win number 200, Klopcic had a career day in the victory. The sophomore poured in 25 points, a high for him in the 64-63 win over Milwaukee South.
Tyler Roche, Greendale, senior
Roche had a moment he’ll remember in Greendale’s 71-68 win over Mukwonago. One of the steady leaders for a Greendale team that does not quit, he finished the game with 11 points. More importantly, he provided the fireworks. Tied at 68 with the ball in his hands and contested on the perimeter, Roche created enough space to get the shot off and bury a game-winning triple as time expired.
Tyler Tiutczenko, Pewaukee, senior
Tiutczenko is a talented forward in the Class of 2026, and can score it from all three levels for the Pirates. Sunday in a 60-50 win over DeForest, Tiutczenko showed off his range. He finished with 28 points and 10 rebounds, while knocking down 6 of 7 shots from deep.

Monday, December 29
Dalton Ahlensdorf, The Prairie School, junior
The Prairie School is a balanced and experienced group, despite the fact many were sophomores and freshmen a season ago. Ahlensdorf is one of those talented juniors. In a 67-54 victory over Brookfield Academy, the junior forward finished with 18 points, 9 rebounds and 3 assists. Defensively he added four steals and two blocks.
Canton Chrisman, Wabeno/Laona, junior
Chrisman hit the 1,000 point mark in his prep career on Monday night in the Rebels’ 56-55 loss to Edgar. In the loss, he scored 16 points, and hit the career milestone in his junior season.
Alex Krause, Kimberly, junior
Krause did all he could to will Kimberly to a win on Monday night, but the Papermakers came up just short in an 82-79 loss to Madison West. The junior finished with 26 points, 17 rebounds, and 5 assists. Defensively Krause added four steals.
Noah Maniscalco, De Pere, senior
De Pere has not taken a step back in terms of competitiveness and skill, and Maniscalco is a big reason why, as the senior has stepped into a larger role and flourished. Competing in the Rick Majerus/WBY Shootout at Concordia, Maniscalco had a team high 24 points as he led the Redbirds ton 84-81 win over a talented Milwaukee Academy of Science squad.
Jaylen Miggins, Marshall, junior
Miggins had a career night as Marshall scored an impressive 92-60 victory over Pardeeville. The junior wing poured in a new career high in the first round of the Cardinals’
Quincy Mosley, Madison West, senior
A big reason why Kimberly didn’t get that win over Madison West on Monday night? Mosley. The senior guard effected the game in a magnitude of ways as the Regents won 82-79. Mosley finished with 26 points, 10 rebounds, and 5 assists in the victory.
George Rohl, Ellsworth, senior
Ellsworth took down a talented Adams-Friendship squad 60-41 in the Green Devils holiday tournament as Rohl dominated in and around the glass. He finished with 17 points and 11 rebounds.
Brayden Smith, Elkhart Lake-Glenbeulah, sophomore
Smith continues his tear scoring the ball, this time in an 87-55 victory over Goodman/Pembine in their home holiday tournament. The sophomore sharpshooter finished with 32 points in the opening round victory.
