Ronald Hatch has been selected as the Week 8 Bound Wisconsin Football Player of the Week following a statewide vote on BoundWisconsin.com. His big day helped the Tigers score a key late-season victory. He was chosen from a strong group of nominees in Week 8. A total of 4,715 votes were cast, as Hatch’s 1,825 were enough to edge out second place Blake Williamson of Mondovi, who tallied 1,615 votes.

Webster moved to 7-1 overall with a 50-28 victory over Elmwood/Plum City. Senior running back Ronald Hatch ran the ball 20 times for 356 yards and five touchdowns, including a 98-yard touchdown scamper. He also caught a 16-yard pass and had 14 tackles on defense.

Remember folks, the only way your favorite player can be named Bound Wisconsin Football Player of the Week is to vote and share the word. Look for next week’s nominees to be posted Monday afternoon.
