Brock Walser of Badger has been selected as the Week 9 Bound Wisconsin Basketball Player of the Week following a statewide vote on BoundWisconsin.com. He had a huge game last week, eclipsing the half-century mark in scoring. He was chosen from a strong group of nominees in Week 9. A total of 1,717 votes were cast, as Walser’s 964 were enough to edge out second place Cahlil Jones of Germantown, who tallied 428 votes.
Badger Badgers senior Brock Walser went over 1000 career points last month. Brock (Old English for Badger) went off in a big win in a 107-51 victory over Racine Horlick, scoring 52 points, making 20-of-27 shots from the field. He also made 12-of-16 free throw attempts, adding eight rebounds (seven offensive), and seven steals.
