Turtle Lake’s Brandon Wagner (#35) is the second-leading returning rebounder from last season

A talented group of boys basketball players returns for the 2025-26 season, and over the next few days we’ll take a look at some of the top returners in several stats categories. Up next is rebounding, as last season produced some outstanding performers.

The state’s leading rebounder from 2024-25 returns this season, as senior Quinn Widiker from Webster averaged an impressive 16.1 rebounds per game last season. Widiker had seven games with at least 20 rebounds last season and hit double figures in boards in 23 of 25 contests. He also averaged 17.4 points per game last year.

Turtle Lake senior Brandon Wagner, Chesterton Academy senior Camden Puffer are next.
