Week 14 Points Leaders (Top 25)

Regis junior EllaMay Cooper helped propel the Ramblers to sectionals with 45 points in the team’s 67-53 victory over Fall Creek in a regional final on Saturday. Cooper also had 22 points in the team’s 54-43 regional semifinal win over Mondovi.

Week 14 Rebounds Leaders (Top 10)

Barron defeated Menominee Nation 62-54 to open the playoffs last Tuesday behind a strong performance from senior Izzy Donica. She had 27 points plus 22 rebounds in the game, with seven offensive boards.

Winnebago Lutheran came up short in a 54-37 regional semifinal loss to Lomira, but junior Jill Pinno recorded 22 rebounds, including nine offensive, to go with a team-high 13 points for the Vikings.

Sheboygan Falls junior Mollie Schliewe recorded a triple-double in Tuesday’s opening playoff game, a 78-43 victory over Campbellsport. She finished with 19 points, 11 steals, and 12 assists, making nine-of-ten shots from the field.

About the Author

Travis Wilson serves as the Bound Wisconsin Manager. Wilson was selected as part of the Sports 40 Under 40 list by Coach & AD Magazine and the National High School Athletic Coaches Association for 2019. The Wisconsin Football Coaches Association (WFCA) named Travis the 2015 recipient of the Dave McClain Distinguished Service Award. He currently serves on the WFCA Executive Board and is a member of the Executive Board of the Wisconsin Basketball Coaches Association. A graduate of Richland Center High School and Mount Mercy College in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Travis was a three-sport athlete in high school (football, baseball, basketball), inducted to the Richland Center High School Hall of Fame in 2023, and currently resides in Reedsburg.
